To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 618 Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
618 Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
618 Jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 618 Jili disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
618 Jili is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
618 Jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, 618 Jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon voluntary account closure or termination for inactivity, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 618 Jili customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed under our Responsible Gaming Policy and may result in a cooling-off period before the account is fully closed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory body overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 618 Jili's internal dispute resolution process. You must submit your dispute in writing to our support team, and 618 Jili will endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
618 Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 618 Jili will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
